Do I have to know anything about website designing?

No. Our designers handle all the technical aspects. All you do is approve the design and share your website with your unit.

Will you update and maintain my website?

Yes. For just $65.00 a month your site will be hosted and updated with any monthly changes.

What does the monthly maintenance fee include?

This fee includes domain registration, hosting and any monthly changes to your website.

What file format should I send my monthly changes in?

We prefer PDF format, but can accept Word, Publisher, Excel formats.

I have too many pictures to send in?

If you have very large files to send and and prefer to mail them in, contact our office for details

How long will it take to finish my new website?

Usually a new website project will take 20-30 days from start to finish. Submitting your content to us in a timely manner will speed up the process

Do I have to pay all the fees up front?

No. All you pay is 50% for us to start the design process and then you pay the balance after your website is completed.

Can I choose any name for my website?

Yes. As long as it is not registered to anyone else.

Can I update my own website?

If you prefer to have the option of updating your own website. You can ask for our CMS system.

What if I lose my Sales Director status?
